I'm excited to let you know that I've added a resource page to my website. Now I can share some of my most beloved books and resources with you.
I'm always reading something new to inspire me, support my wellness journey and expand my thinking and perspective. I love recommending books to my clients and if you've been in for a session I probably have lent a book or two to you. But, since some of you are unable to make it in the office I thought it'd be fun to share these resources with you too!
