Letting you in on a secret...
I'm so excited to let you in on a little secret... I'm creating a new meditation series!
It's pretty hard to ignore all the incredible benefits of meditation. It's seems like everywhere I look I'm reading about how important it is to be meditating, not only for our brain health but also for our overall mood and outlook on life. Yet, I'm constantly hearing from friends, loved ones and clients how meditation feels unapproachable. They're too busy, their mind is too loud and it feels like they're wasting time when they have so many other things that need to be done.
For years I've used EFT Tapping with my meditation practice. What I've found is that it allows me to settle into a deeper, more restful and restorative meditation. One that leaves me feeling refreshed and renewed, and looking forward to my meditation time.
So after some requests I've decided to share my Radiant Meditation practice with you.
In the next few weeks I'll be releasing a few meditations for you to try out. My hope is that you'll be able to flow into your meditation with ease and are left feeling calm, peaceful and radiant.
