Releasing Holiday Stress!

It’s official, we’re in December and the holidays are in full swing. How are you holding up?

I know this time of year is often filled with stress, sadness, disappointment, and anxiety which can feel overwhelming. Yet in every song and everywhere we go we get the message that we should feel happy, excited and overflowing with joy.

How about we get together and meet each other exactly where we are. No need to come pretending. Let’s first calm our nervous system, express how we’re feeling and have some compassion for each other and ourselves. (Don’t worry I will make the compassion for yourself way easier than you’d think.) Then let’s focus on how you want to feel for the rest of the season.

So, how do you want to feel?

When we feel calm, centered and grounded it’s really easy to find peace, gratitude and even joy. And that’s exactly how you will feel after this session!
